Shipping & Delivery

Its important that you know exactly what delivery service you will be getting before your purchase. We will explain some of the aspects of our delivery service.

When will i get my delivery?:-
Your delivery will take approximately 3-5 working days to arrive, but on occassion my take longer - depending on the items you order, the form of courier used.

How much will my delivery cost?:-
The delivery cost is completely dependant on what/how much you order. We offer Free delivery on orders over £100 (Only in UK). Smaller items will occure a £2.99 delivery charge and these will be send out with Royal Mail. Heavier items will require a special heavy courier and the cost is £7.99

What Area's do you cover?:-
We cover all of the UK but can also ship abroad. If you wish to purchase from another country outside the UK - please visit our cart with your order to calculate shipping.

All details provided to Redbrick Workwear are kept within the company. We do not provide your information to any 3rd parties. All payment information entered on a secure checkout using an SSL certificate guaranteeing a safe and secure transaction. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.

Returns & Replacements

We offer a 14 day retuns policy with all of our orders - this excludes any personalised items such as printed garments. You will be informed before placing an order if you item is excluded from the 14 day returns policy. All items returned to us for an exchange or return need to be in resalable and unused condition.

How to return your order or item

Step 1:- Email a confirmation of your return too returns@redbrickworkwear.co.uk. Please include your reason for return.

Step 2:- Our customer service will respond and if your return is approved we will send you a return or an exchange booking email.

Step 3:- You will be required to send your goods back to us with a courier of your choice, we recommend sending these items tracked as we will not accept any liability for items lost in transit whilst been returned. The buyer is also liable for covering the cost of the return item.

Step 1:- When the item is returned too us we will inspect the items and if they are accepted back in to stock we will process a full refund of the order - minus any postage fees.

How to return your order or item

If you have ordered the wrong size or colour and wish to exchange the item please follow the same instructions as above. Please note that a redelivery charge may apply.


Making a purchase is simple process just browse our website and add the items into the shopping cart. Once you have selected your required items proceed to ‘checkout’ you will be asked relevant details including delivery and contact details to ensure your order can be processed efficiently. We accept most major debit and credit cards.
Orders can be placed via the telephone with a member of our sales team or on our secure website. You will receive by email a confirmation that your order has been received. The confirmation gives notice that your order has been received. The confirmation does not indicate that a contract exists between us at this point. When the dispatch notification is sent or at the point that www.redbrickworkwear.co.uk telephones you to arrange delivery (whichever occurs soonest) is the point of contract. This term is included to protect www.redbrickworkwear.co.uk  in the event that a pricing error has been made, or we are no longer able to supply the goods for a particular reason. If there is an amendment to pricing, we will contact you to ensure that this is acceptable. Order confirmations will be sent within 24 hours of point of order. (Excluding weekend, bank holidays or any other business closure dates).
